Leadership culture, what are the new management tools?
The World Economic Forum has defined future working life skills in its report for 2018. This report identifies the 10 most important working life skills for the future. Most of these are skills that cannot be studied in school but are often learned in working life with the help of a good supervisor and a good management culture.

It is said that in order for something to change in a company, something must also change in management. People’s leadership in the future will be further emphasized and successful companies will have invested in a timely manner in developing, coaching and leading a leadership culture.
Kook's services utilize experiential learning methods

The topics of the workshops can be e.g. company values, strategy planning or implementation.
